"Life With Derek" Is Famously About Siblings In Love, And Robbie Amell Is Finally Settling The Debate Once And For All

The year is 2005. You’ve just got home from school. You down a lunchable. Family Channel (orDisneyChannel if you’re American) is on. You’re about to watch your favourite siblings Casey and Derek get up to some shenanigans. Life is good.

But looking back now with a fully developed frontal lobe, I realize what my sweet, naive brain did not.Life With Derekis 1000000000% about siblings in love.

For those of you who don’t know,Life With Derekwas a Canadian sitcom that revolved around the lives of a blended family. It starred Michael Seater as Derek, and Ashley Leggat as his step-sister (and possibly lover?), Casey.

And it turns out, we’re not the only ones who are convinced the show is actually about a forbidden love story between a girl and her brother.
