Saoirse Ronan was so anxious filming her first kiss that she asked the theater director how long she had to kiss the other actor for , and she made sure it only lasted three seconds .

1.First, Josh Hutcherson’s first kiss was on camera when he starred inLittle Manhattanin 2005 opposite Charlie Ray. “I was 11 years old. I was filming inNew YorkCity and my mom was up there with me, and she surprised me by flying my dad in because I had to do the kiss scene,” Joshrecalled. “I needed to have my dad there [to] support me and stuff.”
2.Years before starring together onThe Big Bang Theory,Mayim Bialikand Johnny Galecki shared an onscreen kiss when Johnny guest-starred onBlossomin 1991. “It might’ve been my first real-life kiss also,” Mayimrevealed.
3.Selena Gomezhad her first kiss while guest-starring onThe Suite Life of Zack and Cody. “It was my first kiss…[and it happened] ON CAMERA,” Selenarecalledwhen discussing how she kissed Dylan Sprouse in a scene. “It was one of the worst days of my life.”

I was, like, not ready to kiss a boy myself,” Saoirsesaid. She added that she asked writer and director Amy Heckerling to walk her through the “logistics” of the kissing scene before it happened.
6.Kirsten Dunst’sfirst kisswas when she was only 11 years old, and it was with then-31-year-old Brad Pitt inInterview with the Vampire. Looking back on filming the scene in 2021, Kirstensaidit was “the worst thing [she] did” as she detailed how uncomfortable it was to suddenly have to kiss someone she saw as “a brother” at such a young age.
7.Millie Bobby Brown had her first kiss on the set ofStranger ThingsSeason 1 when she had to kiss Finn Wolfhard in a scene. Shesaid, “It was definitely strange. It was, like, my first kiss, so it was kind of weird. But then, like, when I’d done it, I thought, ‘Wow. It makes sense for the storyline.'” Millie also recalled that she reacted quite badly after the kiss and said, “Kissing sucks.”

Sadie continued, saying, “We were both awkward, but it was also funny because all our friends were there and all these extras and lights and music.”
